White Chocolate Mocha

My goodness! Posts are a bit far and few between lately, as I have started college again...

But, what goes better with college than coffee?! The nights get long and the craving are REAL! On the bright side, I have the ultimate coffee bar at home and it is only growing better. :)

If it hasn't been realized by now, I am obsessed with certain flavors: sugar cookie, maple syrup, brown sugar, and white chocolate! 🍫 I'm not sure why I prefer white chocolate over regular chocolate, but I do, so here we are making a white chocolate mocha before we make a regular white mocha! Before I received the Ninja Hot and Cold Brew System, I was learning how to make at-home bubble tea. I had ordered White Chocolate flavoring from The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. I highly recommend them!


I have decided to use this powder as well as Torani White Chocolate Sauce to create this White Chocolate Mocha.


🍫 White Chocolate Mocha 🍫

(with vanilla cold foam)

Brew: Regular

Serving Size: 1 (16-ounce) cup


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons ground coffee

  • White Chocolate Flavoring

  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Simple Syrup

  • White Chocolate Syrup (optional)

  • 1 16-ounce Cup

  • 2 Small Cup


Directions

  1. Place coffee grounds in the brew reservoir

  2. Put the white chocolate powder in the bottom of the 16-ounce cup

  3. Put the cup under the brewing reservoir

  4. Select Regular and XL Cup option on the coffee maker

  5. While coffee is brewing, place the vanilla simple syrup and cold heavy whipping cream into the other cup

  6. Froth the heavy whipping cream for about 30 seconds

  7. Once the coffee is done, stir the coffee to ensure white chocolate powder is mixed in well

  8. Pour the cold foam on top of the mocha and drizzle white chocolate syrup on top

  9. Enjoy!

 

Review

I am biased when it comes to white chocolate. I simply enjoy it. I absolutely prefer having cold foam, too! One of my only downfalls was not having vanilla simple syrup prepared beforehand, so I had to wait until I made simple syrup and it cooled before making the cold foam. I think this drink will definitely be one of my common go-tos because of how quick and simple it is (as long you have simple syrup prepared).
